Return & Refund Policy
At Sony's Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, closures, and frontals cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way.
Returns are accepted only if:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
The lace has not been cut.
The original packaging is intact.
The return request is made within 10days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos and your order number.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
 

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
